Asset based finance

Factoring single debtors or start ups, invoice discounting for high debtor concentration. Plant/machinery and vehicle finance or refinance, despite adverse credit problems. Offshore Trusts

Many of our clients are successful in business and have to consider the taxation implications of their success. They have concerns with: Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax. With this in mind R&E Finance can work with its fellow professional colleagues to arrange an Offshore Trust to protect the client’s assets and address the various tax liabilities.

 

Equity/ Joint Venture Schemes

Occasionally a client wishes to grow the business so quickly that straight forward finance is not suitable. In such circumstances a large input of cash is usually required to generate such rapid expansion. With this in mind R&E Finance have a wide range of both institutional and private investors who can input funding on an equity or joint venture basis.

Cashflow/ Working Capital

For those clients who have customers/ consumers paying by credit cards it is possible for a lender to provide a business loan as high as a month’s credit card sales to assist with cash flow issues. For businesses with a turnover of at least £6,000 per month, up to 50% of the monthly turnover i.e £3,000 can be made available for Working Capital on an unsecured basis. Overdraft facilities for limited companies can be made available for one year for £3,000 to £100,000.

It is important for individuals and businesses to receive independent and impartial advice on all forms of general insurance matters such as buildings insurance, loss of earnings etc. We have relationships with offices experienced in all aspects of general insurance who can offer impartial advice.
